Your Right to Deletion

In accordance with data protection regulations and platform requirements (such as Facebook's Platform Terms), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected.

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send an email to support@counterque.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Verification: Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
3. Processing: Once verified, we will delete all your personal information from our active databases within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?

When we process a deletion request, we remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number).
• Your account credentials.
• Any personal identifiers linked to your queue history.

Note: Some non-identifiable transactional data may be retained for accounting or legal purposes as required by law.
